The newly renovated Ladner Village Inn building on Delta St., across from the Delta Museum, has a string of new occupants. Northern Vision Realty Advisors Inc., agent for the property, announced the Bridge St. side of the corner property will house SNUG, a wine and cocktails bar/bistro. On the Delta St.portion, Atomic Hair Studio expects to open in mid-December. Greenfeld Financial Management has leased an office on the second floor, as well as Waterfront Studios, a graphic design company, and Pinc Productions, which establishes payment collection systems on the web for charitable organizations. Still available for lease are three office spaces, plus a 7,312-square-foot sports bar/pub licensed for 250 customers and a 20-seat patio.
