After nearly a decade of presenting spring and fall parades of homes, the Greater Vancouver Home Builders’ Association has re-branded the popular event as Open House: A Showcase of New Homes, spotlighting the latest advancements in home design and construction technology.
Until Oct. 4, some of the Lower Mainland’s most prominent builders will feature 57 showhomes at 26 homesites in eight municipalities—Anmore, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Langley, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, Richmond and Surrey.
The event offers a range of home types and prices. The homes offer characteristics that will appeal to all tastes and preferences – sumptuous kitchens, lavish bathrooms, designer colour pallettes, vaulted ceilings, panoramic views, popular architectural styles, resort-style amenity complexes and a wealth of creature comforts.
In Richmond, the open house takes place at Polygon Meridian Gate Homes Ltd., Meridian Gate, 9288 Odlin Road.
