Since 2002, Ideon Packaging has evolved into a premium provider of corrugated packaging and folding carton solutions, while averaging 43 per cent growth each year.
Its team of 45 allows Ideon to provide customer’s with quality products on time. The company is committed to answering phones in two rings, returning voice mails in 30 minutes and if a customer requires boxes tomorrow—they get boxes tomorrow.
Profits are shared monthly with eligible team members.
Ideon's president Rick Van Poele echoed the importance of a good team to be successful.
