Cactus the only affordable plant these days

Dear Editor,

Thanks to Marc Rutten and his policies it has now come to this. Water is now in such short supply and so expensive for the residents in Area B, that I am now growing cactus in planters outside as a means of saving water.

We are living in one of the wettest places in North America by the way, but we are forced onto metering against our will while the rest of the Valley have not been forced onto meters, not yet anyway.
