Never underestimate grey power

Reader B. Russell may be aware of the upcoming municipal election in November for a new mayor and council members. All eligible residents and taxpayers are entitled to cast their votes.

Seniors, who moved here from other provinces, have made vast contribution of monies invested to the benefit and economic development to the Town of Sidney and are entitled to voice their opinions, as are other taxpayers, simply by choice of names when voting.

Grey power can remove council members by unseating them at election time. Never underestimate the powers that be!
