Save the Old Bridge and fix pot holes

I just wanted to say I think Lynn Gould was right on about the bridge (Trail Times Letter to the Editor, May 7).

With all the technology nowadays and someone who knew how to use it, I am sure they could fix it, just as they did some others that are still used.

If they had put steel decking on years ago they would have saved a lot – the Waneta Bridge did.

There are several four-way stops in East Trail but there’s no street corners dug up.

There are some bad pot holes though that need to be fixed when someone has time.

Pretty coloured flowers are nice but maybe you can get too much of a good thing.

As for all the tourists unless they only want groceries, there is no place to shop.

If they don’t come before all our streets are messed up guess what? They will have no place to park either.
