There’s a good reason for the acronyms

Keith Sketchley asked rhetorically, how many abbreviated organizations does Sidney need? (PNR letters, May 14.)

The simple answer, as many as necessary to make sure this town doesn’t disappear off of Rand McNally Maps of the Future!

The way Sidney is headed, the direction of increased rents/taxes and decreased incomes, is the way of the ghost town.

He says fixing Sidney is as easy as ‘communicating offerings in economical and effective way’ but makes no indication on how that would be done. Hence why we have the organizations he spoke of.
