Grads must pull together in wake of tragedy

Dedicated to all the grads of 2014, I’ve watched a majority of you guys grow from little kids into young adults.

You’re all now facing one of the hardest parts of growing up and  that’s losing someone you all know and love.

I’m so sorry you all have to go through this, especially being two months away from grad. It’s such a shame to see such a young life taken away too soon, it’s not going to be easy but you guys need to all stick together.

Everyone is going to handle this in a different way, but in the end what matters is that you guys look out for each other.

Cherish every single moment in life because in the blink of an eye, it can all be taken away. Speaking from experience, you’re all going to become a lot closer.

I know this because it happened after we lost Simone.

Make sure you take time to get to know everyone in your class, please don’t leave anyone left out.

Life is one of the most precious gifts given to us, and we often take it for granted every single day, so please appreciate the little things in life before they are wiped away.

From the bottom of my heart I’m so very sorry for this tragic loss.

My heart goes out to all the family and friends of Nolan, he was truly a wonderful young man who left this earth too soon. He gained his wings and you all gained an angel to watch over you forever.
