To the Editor,
The Harper Government is seriously reducing Canadian Coast Guard coverage on the West Coast.
But we have a new “Office of Religious Freedom” to further bloat the useless bureaucracy in Ottawa.
So I guess the plan is — if you are on a sinking boat in the pacific, don’t call the coast guard. Just pray.
