Letter: Lottery winners can pay up some tax

To the editor:
The Canadawide problem of over -crowded hospitals could be solved, if the government would adopt my 95-year-old dad’s recommendation to tax all the lottery winners just five per cent.
Not one person I asked, objected to this idea.
