The recent event of a meteor exploding in Russia shows us how vulnerable we all are to a sudden disaster that is completely out of our control.
Of course, had this happened in the US, Homeland Security would be busy tracking down the terrorists responsible for somehow causing a meteor to be aimed at the US.
