Not buying BC Liberal budget

The provincial budget tabled by the BC Liberals gave me cause to remember something my father said to me when I was thinking of buying my first car.
The one I favoured was a used model that still promised dependability and performance.
On a closer look, however, it proved to be a rusty clunker that had been patched up, repainted and fitted with retreaded tires.
But it was when we lifted the hood to look at the engine that Dad uttered his most damning comment. “Hmmm,” he said, “all gas, no poop.” I didn’t buy it then. I’m not buying it now.
