So BC Housing will pay $800/month for these “low income’ units, while charging the truly low income tenants $309” and my tax bill plus blood pressure are about to exit the solar system! Ouch! Low income now means your second car isn’t also a Mercedes? Ask the drastically increased homeless population the meaning of “low income” then get back to me to discuss “affordable housing.”
