No justifying logo decision
To the Editor,
Re: Logo designed to represent renewal, Jan. 31.
Are Nanaimo school trustees nuts?
Spending $24,000 for a logo, plus the cost to change stationary, signs, vehicle logos, business cards, etc., is as bad as the City of Nanaimo wanting to spend $100,000 on a public toilet.
What part of “spend taxpayer dollars responsibly” don’t they understand? The logo is not the problem at the school board.
Support staff are being laid off, special needs kids not getting proper attention, school yards not being maintained and they think they can justify this. It is disgusting.
