I will venture a guess that the optimistic bureaucratic bluster of Sheila Cruikshank — that all will be well, don’t worry, doctors are very interested, we build it and they will come and the universe will unfold in our favour — is pure unadulterated hope, nothing more.
If local physicians are skeptical, what does that say about the overall objective and process? Nothing favourable, unfortunately.
