It is clear that all that is happening at the dense residential development proposal on East Saanich Road near the airport is that Mr. Lunn is collecting his time honoured rewards after a decade in political office.
The shame is that the terms ‘workforce housing’ and ‘affordable housing’ are used to conceal the true nature of this business venture. Mr. Lunn is a property speculator. He will build as many houses as he possibly can in the area he has owned since the spring of 2012 and he will sell them for as much as the market will bear.
