Man accused of Keremeos robbery makes public apology

To the Editor:

I am writing in hopes of passing this on  -

I owe apologies to a few people of the area.

I robbed at Brittania Pies in Penticton. I also wish to apologize to the person that made the sandwiches I stole at Subway in Keremeos that I walked out without paying.

It was never my intention to scare either of you. I would have never harmed either of you  - I would like to apologize to the woman I cut off after leaving Subway and ended up colliding with and getting into an argument with.

Also, I am very sorry to the woman that I collided with on Highway 3. The only thing that I am happy about with this whole situation is that no one was seriously hurt except for myself. Most of all, I apologize to the people of Keremeos and Penticton for my actions. I do thank the emergency personnel for their quick response, including the police. I have owned up to all I have done and am currenlty awaiting sentencing. I will probably be receiving approximately two years in jail. I pray that at sometime to be forgiven by those affected. I just truly am sorry for my actions.
