Howe students offer wisdom

Editor, The News:

I am writing to give my whole-hearted support to bicycle lanes. Kudos to everyone who made it happen.

Perhaps we should listen to the children at Howe middle school in Grade 6 and at age 10 who have the wisdom to see the many benefits of going green (The News, Oct. 16, page A1).

As you can see from the article, bicycle lanes are only part of the total picture.

Remember, things change, and this change is for the better!
