Maybe the city could install lights to keep people a little safer instead of installing pay parking meters in the worst street in Whalley.

If pipelines are built, it is actually estimated to reduce the amount of greenhouse gas emitted during the transportation process.

Drones are OK. If you are flying it in a park for fun, that's OK. If you are flying it to spy on people, that's not OK.
