Crown counsel on Friday stayed six counts of robbery against Kipp Vincent Waechter, 37, the suspect in a string of robberies in Vernon in November.
Vernon RCMP report they were advised by Crown that Crown felt the evidence presented to them didn’t meet the requirements for charge approval.
