Finding peace of mind through trusting your intuition

The president of the Inner Peace Movement of Canada wants people to learn to trust their intuition. By doing some, they will find peace of mind.

“We all have impressions, gut feelings, hunches and premonitions,” said Judy Guido. “When we trust this intuition we can find ourselves in the right place at the right time.

“Some of us put up roadblocks by putting ourselves down and second-guessing ourselves. Instead of knocking ourselves, we need to respect ourselves and recognize our true worth.”

She said all experiences have value because of what can be learned from them. There are no mistakes, only stepping-stones.

“By nature we are all intuitive, so it’s important to trust our first impression and not talk ourselves out of it or let other people convince us otherwise.

“We all have our own answers and when we listen to our inner voice, we find peace of mind.”

Guido said everyone has a vast reservoir of strength and wisdom within themselves. As balance is achieved, confidence is gained.

“This confidence is something I desperately needed in my late teens when I attended an Inner Peace Movement seminar in Vancouver. I was headed down a slippery slope constantly looking for someone to tell me what to do and then rebelling when they did.  By applying the tools I was learning in the group study programs, I began to trust myself and realized there is no limit to what I can accomplish.”
