The Thompson Okanagan Female Midget AAA Rockets attended their first league weekend over Thanksgiving weekend in Langley.
Due to injuries and absences, the Rockets went into the weekend with a roster of 12 players.
The team went undefeated over the weekend in their three games, defeating the Fraser Valley Phantoms 3-2, the Prince George Cougars 7-0 and Vancouver Island Impact 7-3.
Scoring tallies were: Julia MacKinnon with five goals and three assists, Alex Gowie with four goals and four assists, Karoline Huber with two goals and two assists, Ayla Oppenheim with one goal and two assists, Stephanie Powers with one goal, Sarah Casorso with two goals and two assists, Kaylie Schaupmeyer with one goal, Lauren Ruggerio with three assists, Jordan Krause with four assists and Angie Williams with one assist.
