The Nesters Bantam House team played Westside #1 on Friday, Oct. 23 and were shutout 5-0. There was no score until 14 minutes into the first when the Jets got into penalty trouble and Westside scored two goals in three minutes.

From then on the Jets scrambled to get a goal but could not convert. Daniel Graziani was in net for the Jets and faced 46 shots.

The line of Ryan Bonnano, Spencer Miller, and Kristian Degan provided some excellent rushes.

Ali Parker was stellar at centre winning around 70 per cent of her face-offs. Laura Kohan suffered a lower body injury and will hopefully be ready for the next game, which is on Halloween night.
