Dear Editor:

I have attended the latest meetings regarding the Official Community Plan changes.

At the last meeting it was announced that Summerland has lots and lots of water for lots of years to come.

So we don’t need to worry about a shortage of water for new developments.

Wow. That is exciting.

So why are we having water meters installed in each and every house? Another tax grab? 

Would be nice if we didn’t have to boil our water anymore too. What about that?
