Christmas comedy shown at Centre Stage

Pendulous — The Prints of Doug Biden continues, until Jan. 10, in the Main Gallery at the Penticton Art Gallery. This show has a wide variety of Biden’s work from over 30 years including an artist book, etchings, lithographs, monoprints and mixed media. Visit www.dougbiden.com for more information.

The Kelowna Art Gallery presents Utopia/Dystopia: The Photographs of Geoffrey James. This show organized by the National Gallery of Canada runs until Jan. 10.
Band concert
The Penticton Concert Band performs Christmastime favourites at the Cherry Lane Shopping Centre on Tuesday, Dec. 22 at 7pm. This is a free concert. For more information see www.pentictonconcertband.ca.

Dance time
The Friday Night Dance Club will be hosting a New Year Dance at St. Stephen’s Church Hall on Dec. 31 at St. Stephen’s Anglican Church Hall. Live Music and party favours. Buffet lunch at 12.30am.Tea coffee and soft drinks included, you may bring your own alcoholic beverages.
