Outside In, featuring oil paintings by Summerland artist Bill Hibberd, opens tonight at the Summerland Art Gallery, with a reception from 7 to 9 p.m.

There will be 40 to 50 new works that have been recently completed.

Wild theatre

Opening tonight at the Cannery Theatre is The Wild Guys.

Curtain time is 8 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday with a Sunday matinee at 3 p.m.

This award-winning play will be at Centre Stage Theatre August 4 to 8.

Coffee house

Coffee on Kelly becomes “Coffee House on Kelly” as it kicks off a series of evenings showcasing local musical talent.

This Friday, July 3 at 7 p.m. musician Jo Pounder will be performing.

Admission is free, donations of appreciation gratefully accepted.

Jazz guitarist, Thurein Myint, is scheduled for Friday, July 24.

Museum tours

The first of the Summerland Museum’s four summer tours is this Saturday, July 4 and is All About Our Grasslands with ecologist and award-winning author, Don Gayton.

Garden jazz

Jazz in the Garden with Taylor Cook and Friends – 7 p.m. Saturday, July 25 at 3270 Rushbury Place in Naramata.

Mask on stage

Musicals, Pop & Jazz with M.A.S.K. (Musical Actors and Singers of Kelowna) Saturday, July 18 at Centre Stage Theatre.

Tickets are available at The Sweet Tooth on Victoria Road.

Shuswap follies

Sicamous Follies Five are held Wednesday to Saturday at 8 p.m. with a Sunday matinee at 2 p.m.
