— A backhoe loads a shovel of rock into the bin of one of the large dump trucks on a section of Highway 97 currently under construction north of Summerland. There are regularly scheduled 19-minute closures for 8:30, 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday, and at 2:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. There are no closures scheduled for weekends.
