Apple Day at the Grist Mill is Thanksgiving weekend, Sunday October 11, 2009 from 1p.m. to 6 p.m.
Grist Mill and Gardens admission costs $5 Kids are free.
Local arts and crafts vendors are welcome to set up in the gardens to show and sell for the simple admission price of $5.
Additional volunteers are welcome for this end of season event. To volunteer, call Dave at 250-499-5417.
The day’s events include tours, exhibits, live entertainment, vendors, food sales, lawn games and the apple pie baking contest and auction.
