West Kelowna website overhauled

West Kelowna has a new-look website at www.districtofwestkelowna.ca.
The municipality says the new site will be easier for residents, business owners and visitors to navigate. It will provide clear access to a variety of information, said Mayor Doug Findlater.
“The website is an important communication tool, a way for residents to contact us and comment on our services and this enhancement is much needed.”
The site includes news and event sections on the home page and a “Your Say” link that gives a glimpse of all public consultation initiatives underway by the district, inviting residents to provide input.
In the future, the district hopes to add further enhancements including online building permits, business licenses and inspections applications, document management integration, online program registration, online employment applications and photo submission capability.
