Beginning Oct.4, the downtown Kelowna branch of the Okanagan Regional Library will once again open its doors to serve the public on Sundays.

With students back to school and summer vacations over, demand for the resources at the ORL’s Kelowna location increases on weekends.

However, there will be a change in the schedule.

The Kelowna Library will be open on Sundays from noon to 4 p.m., a change from the 1 to 5 p.m. operating time in past years, as in previous years.

The Sunday openings will continue until the end of March 2010.
