On Sunday, Oct.25, the Uptown Rutland Business Association hosted the 2nd annual Scarecrow Festival and Harvest Market.

Despite the cool fall weather, the event enjoyed a terrific turnout.

The hard work of volunteers and the contributions of many people and businesses help make this event a success.
