A Fernie man accused of possessing and distributing child pornography will be back in court on Dec.7.

Colin Hickling is being charged with one count of possession of child pornography and two counts of importing and distributing.

In the Sparwood court room on Thursday morning, Hickling’s lawyer requested the case be put over until the next session in the Elk Valley, which will take place in the Fernie Courthouse.

His defence is requesting disclosure on the case, which the Crown says has been provided.
