Police dogs managed to track down a 31-year-old Langley man after he attempted to break into the Visions Electronics store on Saturday morning.

After 1 a.m., the electronics store alarm indicated someone was trying to break in through the rear of the building.

The suspect was located hiding in a fenced area adjacent to the building’s rear door.

He was arrested and taken into custody.

Several items were propped against the wall as a makeshift ladder providing access to the roof. A second suspect was heard on the roof and the alarm company reported multiple alarms were triggered. Police couldn’t find the second suspect.
