The rains held off for hundreds of people who crowded the streets of Colwood, Fort Rodd Hill, West Shore Parks and Recreation and Goldstream Avenue in Langford for the Olympic Torch Relay Saturday morning. The West Shore portion of the relay largely went off without a hitch. The relay is passing through the Cowichan Valley and is headed to Nanaimo today.
