The matter against Jason Christopher Paur, 43, will be heard July 14 to 16.
Paur, from Seattle, was arrested by RCMP after allegedly putting a video camera in the room of female students from a Seattle private school while on a trip to Silver Star Mountain Resort in December.
Paur pleaded not guilty to 10 counts in February.
He is charged under the Criminal Code of Canada with three counts of secretly observing/recording nudity or sexual activity; three counts of break-and enter a dwelling with intent or commit; two counts of making or publishing child pornography; and one count each of accessing child pornography and possession of child pornography.
Paur has been in custody since his arrest. He was denied bail following a hearing in February.
