Here’s Matthew Daratha spray-painting the fire hydrant in front of the Terrace Fire Department. Daratha organized the project that saw the painting of the fire hydrants along Lakelse Avenue and Lazelle Avenue last week by a group of volunteers. Daratha got permission from the fire department beforehand, and made sure to let the police know.
