$50,000 excavator stolen in North Vancouver
Police are asking the public to be on the lookout for a piece of construction equipment stolen from a North Vancouver job site.
An orange 2010 Kubota excavator was taken from the 400-block of West Keith Road some time between Friday, Feb. 22 and Sunday, Feb. 24 while the construction site was closed.
The equipment is valued at $50,000, according to the North Vancouver RCMP. The model the Mounties are looking for is an orange U-35 Kubota excavator with the VIN: HCM1YA0K00265282.
The police are requesting that anyone who may have witnessed the theft or any suspicious activity in the area, to notify the RCMP at 604-985-1311.
