Identity Theft: the Nelson sequel

The Nelson Police Department is looking for information on the identity of a female who has been using stolen credit and debit cards in and around Nelson.
The woman has deprived an elderly victim of more than $3,000 while on her shopping sprees. Police are reviewing video footage of the female in various stores, but would welcome any information from the public.
She is described as a white female, long brown hair, 25 to 35 years old. She wears glasses and was wearing a distinctive black vest with pink and white stripes on the shoulders.
