Police raid two Davida Avenue homes for drugs

Saanich police arrested six people Thursday evening as part of a multi-target drug investigation in the 300-block of Davida Ave., near Tillicum Road.

The department's Street Crime Unit, along with the Regional Crime Unit and Greater Victoria Emergency Response Team, executed search warrants on two homes around 5 p.m. Both homes came to the attention of police after receiving multiple complaints from area residents.

Six people were arrested for drug and property related offences, but Saanich police could not elaborate on the details of the investigation or what was found inside the homes.
