Santas make an early visit to Cloverdale
The sight of two Santa Clauses in a red Chevy convertible earned puzzled looks from onlookers Friday afternoon in Cloverdale.
The Saint Nicks were spotted in the bustling 5600-block of 176 Street in the historic town centre around 3:45 p.m.
As a parade of customers patronized the government liquor store on the block, one of the Santas could be seen crossing the busy thoroughfare to join his red-cloaked and white-bearded colleague inside the snazzy classic car.
The scene was performed several times, presumably for the benefit of a photographer wielding a professional-looking camera.
The Santas waved as the car pulled out from the curb and the pair made their exit, leaving few clues as to their mysterious appearance.
