Abbotsford Agrifair
The Abbotsford Agrifair is better known around the Fraser Valley as “the best little country fair.”
The five-day event provides the community with family-friendly fun, and an assortment of displays, demonstrations and competitions for all ages.
Watch as professional cowboys and cowgirls from across North America compete in rodeo events such as bull riding, barrel racing and bareback riding.
Agrifair’s main stage will feature local and regional talent ranging from a youth rock night to Sunday praise and worship.
Gates open Thursday, Aug. 2 at 5 p.m. On Friday through Monday, gates open at 10 a.m. Admission ranges from $5-$10. There will be a free pancake breakfast at 8 a.m. on Sunday.

BerryBeat Festival
The annual family-friendly Berrybeat Festival is returning to the streets of Historic Downtown Abbotsford this July.
Indulge in traditional strawberry pancakes or strawberry shortcakes served over fiddling music or Korean drumming – and watch as local artists paint views of our quaint downtown.
From panning for gold to sampling wine, the festival has something for all ages.
The event will also feature live entertainment, including local singers and dancers.
Admission is free.
