Delta’s Nancy Watson Willborn is going up against contestants from across the Lower Mainland to Kin’s Farm Market’s Green Fighter.

Contestants will be challenged to improve their overall health throughout the 13-week challenge. Their health level will be tested before and after the completion of the competition, and the contestant who shows the best health improvement wins.

Each weekly challenge winner will receive a prize, including a dinner for two, spa treatments, bike, home gym, etc. The contestant who shows the most overall health improvement at the end of the 13 weeks will receive a free cruise to a sunny destination.

As a stay-at-home mom, Willborn says she entered the Green Fighter Challenge to have more energy, build muscle, and feel more motivated and encouraged to meet her fitness goals.

Willborn says while she does eat and snack a lot, she tends to eat mostly healthy foods.

“I am an avid supporter of Kin’s fresh fruit and vegetables and hope that I can represent the establishment well in my endeavors to eat better and exercise more,” she says.

Willborn hopes to raise $500 donation for the Canadian Cancer Society as part of the challenge.

As a contestant, Willborn receives a support package worth more than $2,000 including free fruits and veggies, health tests (fitness, lab and body scan), a free nutrition consultation, a free  personal training consultation, and a free gym membership.
