Books galore at the Campbell River museum's book sale
Looking for good books to read?
The Museum at Campbell River’s 8th Annual Used Book Sale and Fundraiser is coming up soon.
On Saturday, March 2 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., and Sunday, March 3 from noon to 4 p.m., you are welcome to come and browse the fantastic selection of used books, most selling for the low price of just one dollar. Judging by the donations coming in, the sale will have a treasure trove of reading material both fiction and non fiction; covering a broad range of subject areas from mystery to adventure to history.
Donations to the sale are still welcome. Drop off your previously loved books to the Museum (470 Island Highway) from Tuesday to Sunday between noon and 5 p.m. until March 1, at the back entrance off 4th Avenue. Note the museum is closed on Mondays. They gratefully accept all donations except encyclopedias, school texts, romance novels, Reader’s Digest or magazines.
If you require further information call 250-287-3103.
