Kicking Horse Mountain Resort (KHMR) is happy to announce the start-up of its Summer Dinner Concert Series.
The award-winning Eagle’s Eye Restaurant will host five different dinner events throughout the summer, featuring themed dinner menus from Head Chef Colin Stralak.
Each of the themed menus will be paired with beverages that best suit the food and, as an added bonus, some local talent will be there to please your ears while the chef pleases your pallette.
The series will begin on June 27 and will include a three-course, tastes-of-summer themed menu with Brokendown Suitcase playing during the dinner.
The following dinners will occur on July 11, August 1, August 15 and September 15.
