Discover how the True Colors tool can help you to reduce conflicts, learn to sell to your customers and communicate with your staff or boss based on their true colors. Understanding your own True Colors can also help you discover your natural strengths and talents to lead you to the work you love.

Understanding & Practicing Motivation - 2.5 hours October 14 6-8:30

Driving your small business to higher levels of performance and profits requires employee motivation. The workplace environment can be shaped to create a motivating workforce. Before you can build motivation within your company, you must understand employee motivation. Using "command & control" style management is not effective in creating a motivating workplace. What is effective is tapping into motivation. A positive motivation philosophy & practice should improve productivity, quality and service.

This workshop helps you learn about your motivation, which can be applied to your employees. An ideal workshop for students, employers and home based businesses.
