The Tap Root Yoga Centre is offering a course on yoga for skiing. Here, instructor Michelle Puzzuoli demostrates some of the poses used and how they help you get in shape for hitting the slopes. The course aims to provide balance to your body, which means lots of upper body strengthening to help balance the lower body exercise that comes with skiing. Poses are also used to improve balance and flexibility.
