Like fans flocking to a Canucks game, there has been an overwhelming response to our annual hockey pool.
In years past, we would normally receive a couple of hundred entries into our annual competition. But thanks to our hockey-mad readership, our dedicated data inputers are working harder than Luongo during a home game as close to 800 entries have poured in from all over the West Kootenay.
Their hard work is carrying over into overtime and our staff is madly entering the stats so you can find out how you fared against the other entries. So keep a look out in the coming weeks for our comprehensive stats. If you don’t get a chance to pick up a paper, don’t sweat. We are also going to be publishing our stats online at www.nelsonstar.com.
