New Kids Eco-Adventure camp ready for action

As the hot summer months approach, local business Endless Adventure and Slocan Valley Recreation are excited about hosting a week-long Eco-Adventure Camp for Kids, running Monday, July 27 through to Friday, July 31. This camp will give youth a chance to enjoy the outdoors, make new friends, and stay active over the summer holidays. Kids aged 7 to 14 are welcome to sign up.

Slocan Valley Recreation and Endless Adventure have partnered for several years to get youth out enjoying water sports. This program showcases local talent and resources. Incorporating knowledge and experience into this fun filled day camp as kids will get to explore the river on a raft, go hiking, snorkeling, biking, and swimming.  The prime location provides an exciting opportunity to appreciate the beauty of the environment and surrounding areas. This camp will provide great opportunities for team building, developing safety skills, keeping active, getting creative juices flowing and knowledge of the wilderness.

As a strong advocate of getting active and having fun, Endless Adventure hopes that by offering this Eco-Camp, kids of various ages can come and take advantage of our beautiful and rare natural resources.  With the help of great instructors, kids will also gain confidence and independence based on the activities. Participants will also create eco-arts and crafts to inspire youth to help preserve our environment.
