Copper Point Golf Club is pleased to announce their new partnership with Anne Riches Catering. Anne Riches Catering will be hosting functions and catering at The View at Copper Point starting Dec. 1.
Brian Schaal, General Manager of Copper Point comments, “We are very pleased to have Anne on board with Copper Point. Her professionalism, food quality, experience and personal touch are second to none and we couldn’t be happier to have her join our team. We look forward to a long relationship with Anne.”
Cooking in the Columbia Valley since she was 19, Anne has been the Head Chef at the Invermere Inn and worked as a cook at R. Heliski and Radium Resort. That was all before she started her Invermere based catering business in 2001. Since then she has provided the valley with delicious food, exceptional service and superior value. Anne’s full-service catering business provides innovative menus tailored to the specific needs of each customer – delicious hors d’oeuvres, cocktail receptions, buffets or formal dinners. She has catered numerous events including Bonspiel on the Lake, the Edgewater Homecoming and the TransRockies Bike Race.
Anne believes the Copper Point is the perfect partner.
“It is going to be great to be working out of Copper Point. It is a beautiful location and I am excited to bring some new and different ideas into the venue. I look forward to working with both Brian Schaal and Brandon Kennedy.”
