Do you know a person or group who has given their time or money voluntarily to enhance the lives of children in the West Kootenay?
Success by Six has created the “Champions for Children” awards to honour individuals and groups in the West Kootenay who have made a difference in the lives of children.
“We will be accepting nominations until November 10 in four categories: Business, Volunteer, Youth, and Service Clubs,” said Kim Adamson, West Kootenay Success By 6 co-ordinator.
“This is our way to say thank you for the important contribution you make in your community.”
Nominees will be featured in the winter issue of West Kootenay Family magazine and community events are being planned to celebrate and acknowledge all nominees.
